Willie Baker, 1974 -- 1992. First recorded death of a drug war concentration camp inmate. Died under mysterious circumstances at the Chataugua, NY "Boot Camp."
Shaun Stinespring, 1974 -- 1993. Died May 3, 1993 at the Talladega, Alabama "Boot Camp" from a burst heart as a result of forced over-exertion.
